Amazing customer service from Armen and Gary! They were knowledgeable, honest, and never tried to upsell me or push parts I didn't need which I really appreciated. I had a lift installed on my new Jeep JL, and they got me scheduled and completed the installation the same week. I highly recommend them for your off-road parts and installation needs!

Took my truck in for death wobble and it was pretty clear they took the lazy way to diagnose it. They found the first thing wrong and fixed that only to tell me that it still has more problems when I went to pick it up. Barely gave me any more information on what else it could be. On top of that they charged me $80 for a “steering” alignment (just adjusting my steering, not a real alignment) had zero paperwork for an actual real alignment. The guys were nice enough I don’t think it was a scam but it was definitely lazy work. I ended up having to take my truck to someone else to actually get it fixed.

First off, if I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would! My experience at Krusher Offroad was exactly how all business interactions should be like. From the moment I spoke with one of their mechanics, Robert, who took 20 minutes out of his busy schedule to talk to me over the phone, answering so many questions we had in regards to lifting my son’s Jeep. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Then, the General Manager, Armen, was equally friendly, honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. He never tried upselling, in fact, saved us a bunch of money by assessing the Jeep and determining that it didn’t need new ball joints (2 previous mechanics said they needed to be replaced). He was great on keeping us informed on the progress of the work being done and always available to answer any questions that we had. Finally, the owner, Gary. He is exactly how one should run a business. Treats you like family and makes sure that you walk away feeling like you are their one and only customer. We will definitely be bringing all future work to them and referring any Jeep people we know about our experiences with Krusher Offroad and their amazing staff. Thanks again gentlemen!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the guys here. Being a female and trying to do anything Car related is usually a nightmare, but not at this place! Any questions I had or any concerns Armin answered respectfully and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of for being a chick. When I dropped of my jeep to get lifted I noticed a set of tires that were extremely affordable so they made it happen. I have no idea how they did it, but she drives even better now! Now they’re stuck with me I won’t take my jeep anywhere else. 🫶🏼🙌🏻❤️🥰

Had Krusher install a Tereflex lift and Falcon 3.3 shocks. I was given an estimate of a couple of days for install and they did it faster than what they estimated. Answered all my questions and kept me in the loop of everything. Will be back to them.
